Hey Guys, I am new to Real estate investing and trying to come up with some useful marketing strategies to support my direct mail campaign.

I still new so I hope this is now stupid question, but where do I get comps that are more spot on than zillow.BTW my adwords campaign got me a lead in philadelphia. would you be interested in it?

Managing a big marketing campaign is a lot of work so I can't say that I miss it but I think direct mail was a necessary first step and it allowed me to build a lot of relationships with other investors that I still maintain today. 

When i first started learning about real estate investing it was on wholesaling, did some marketing campaigns but never found my deal.  

Focusing on my marketing campaign, trying different strategies: bandit signs, post cards and yellow letters.

Can anyone recommend the best form of mailing campaign marketing?

We should have our own fully-functioning portal and robust marketing campaigns ready in the next 1-2 weeks.  

If the only thing you have is $1k cash a month, it makes sense to me to think about a marketing campaign for the purpose of wholesaling some properties to generate cash for the buy and holds.
