When two nuts have guns the chance of one getting shot is pretty good IMO.

The "umbrella only" companies are a little less known but as long as they offer the coverages you are looking for and have an A rating or better then that will be your best shot.

Black Diamond is probably the only one I can think of you have a shot at.There is the South Shore REIA on the 29th but that starts at 6:30 on the Cape so maybe if they let you out at like 4 you have a shot

That is pretty far but is a straight shot on 495 for you.

The floors would have been serviceable with some touching up, but I wanted to give refinishing them a shot.

There is also a very good REIA in Chelmsford on the 5th, should be a straight shot on I495 for you.
