The decor and styling look like they could run in a magazine... and well... my place looks nice, but I'd have to spend $10,000 on top of what I've put into it already for my place to look like theirs.

A friend of mine suggested the location is perfect to do AirBnB and I've really considered it, but before I invest in all the decor and furnishings I thought I'd ask if anyone here had some thoughts on the matter?

You should not need to stage bedrooms unless you are going all-out.For decorations and the TV, I have used my stuff and spare televisions.  

By authentic, I mean authentic down to the building and the decor, replete with period correct guns hanging around and of course poker tables.

I stumbled across Vima Decor on a podcast and am intrigued by their business model.

Perhaps a few more wall decorations would add a warmer feel to the place.
