Question for the seasoned AirBNBer's on starting out

I bought a 2 unit multi-home to house hack in one unit and AirBNB out the other about a month ago. I'm on a major budget, so I collected most of my furniture off Craigslist & Facebook Marketplace and bought all the essentials and necessities. The property location is about an hour outside of San Diego, CA, in a small but popular historic tourist town. The unit is a two bed, 1.5 baths. AirBNB's are pretty popular since there are not too many hotels to stay in the area, but I've fallen into the comparison trap. My house is located literally a block away from the most appealing part of town. It's no doubt going to get booked but looking at the places listed around me; I'm afraid my place doesn't look as good and put together as everyone else's. The decor and styling look like they could run in a magazine... and well... my place looks nice, but I'd have to spend $10,000 on top of what I've put into it already for my place to look like theirs. Should I just wait to list until I have more money to upgrade the place more? List now and just cut my price much lower than the others? Getting started, did anyone else feel overwhelmed by all the costs that go into setting up a short-term rental? I'm feeling a little over my head and anxious...
