I have recently been keeping my eye on the Madison County area so it is good to hear there are some opportunities there.We are interested in finding properties with potential for ADU so I will definitely reach out to Nita Cook, thanks for the recommendation.

Keep in mind, adding "cute", and upgrading things won't increase your rent or ARV past what the market in that area will tell you is the max. 

I was hoping there'd be a way to keep the super host status + reviews from our personal account but layer that within a new "brand" account - but it sounds like that may not be possible. 

Also keep in mind that if the concern is lawsuits, they can still name you individually in a suit and it is just another battle.

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible but I am at a cross road in life here and can’t seem to find the guidance I need. 

I would also be keeping a log of any incidents that give rise to new custody issues.
