I don't use a lot of water, i take fast showers and wash dishes by hand when I use them.

HI Kassy,Typically the costs to have a CPA be proactive are more than most clients have or are willing to spend so for the bulk of us we'll have to learn and do our own proactivity till an innovative CPA figures out how to make a nice graphical user interfaced portal where they can dish out proactive advise to the masses (cool tech idea wouldnt it be?).

As long as you disclose that in your listing It will be no problem I use a satellite pic as well to show how close it is to the house.

I would get a sturdy table and place a larger than College dorm refrigerator (but not a full size Refrigerator) on it, a small apartment size electric stove (eliminates the gas line) , place a stand up 5 shelf in the kitchen for pots and pans and dishes.
