Looking for a CPA partner that knows Tech Stock AND Real Estate

Hi BP Community!  

Looking for the right CPA to partner with that understands the motivations of a Real Estate Investor and the nuances of Public Company Stock options/awards. I am still currently working a W-2 full time, while investing with my partner on the side. 

I have failed to find a CPA that is consultative or proactive and am looking for one that is. I shift for toward real estate being a primary strategy, I need to find a partner that can help me plan and file taxes with my stock awards craziness and also keep real estate in mind.
