Most banks have notaries on staff.Once the signatures are complete, you can overnight the documents back to them (they usually provide a return label).The other way I've seen this happen is the closing company will hire a notary to make an appointment with you.

Your the best judge.. within 5 days she'll either be gone or within 6 days you'll file on the upcoming Monday.. loss of processing for basically a week is what your asking..and court costs.. if you can avoid that and she acutally leaves.. your ahead a lot of timePersonally my gamble would be to meet her Sunday set the appointment up and get the keys.

In some markets there is a scheduling fee, that is charged to hold an appointment after one has been made, but it should only be about $50 But that should be between you and the inspector and have nothing to do with the Realtor!
