They will definitely be able to help you as paying back the mortgage is quite a bit of work in terms of bookkeeping and accounting. 

I need to be better at my bookkeeping and thought I was going to buy Quicken for real estate investors but came across Wave.

Earlier this year, I switched to Quickbooks Online from spreadsheets.I paid a bookkeeper $200 to spend an afternoon with me teaching, suggesting, and helping me understand just enough about double entry accounting to make me productive.It was, by FAR, the best $200 investment I've made.

I know it is best not to go out on my own instead I should put a team together. accountant, realtor agent, lawyer, bookkeeper, ect. 

Once you get to several hundred units, no one (client, agent, underwriter, book keeper) wants to just sort invoices, track policy #'s and cut checks several hours a month. 

Bookkeeping and tax headaces as well.  

I have asked for a CSV file of all transactions so I can easily import them into my bookkeeping.

A general accountant, a bookkeeper, a tax accountant?

If you can't do it by yourself  (and I don't know why not)  just get yourself a virtual assistant,  or a book Keeper or a friend or a mentor or whatever to walk you thru this.
