Does anybody use Wave for their bookkeeping?

I need to be better at my bookkeeping and thought I was going to buy Quicken for real estate investors but came across Wave. Does anybody use it? What do you think of it? I want something easy and at the same time thorough. I want to run reports and see what properties are giving me the best results and just print a report for my tax guy when it's time. If you don't use Wave what do you use? Thanks for any input.
