I am looking at properties in western Mass between Rt 128 and Rt 495.

For that price, you'll have to look at central &  western Mass.Inside RT 495 $250K is a good down payment, but that's all.

My guy works the western side of the city and the west burbs where I invest.

As for assignments versus double closings, we usually only see our clients buying wholesale properties with double closings from the big wholesalers (New Western, Net Worth etc.).

There's no such reason in Latin America as renters (the lower middle class and the poor) could never afford to rent the type of Western standard properties that are put on the short-term rental market.Like in any market, it works only in the right areas of the counties (and with the right properties).As to the BVI, refinery or not, it doesn't have any of the characteristics I'm looking for in a great short-term rental market.

I recently purchased a mountain cabin in a location in the western US which gets quite a bit of snow as a short term rental.My primary vehicle is a 4 door sedan.

While the wealthy from the West will probably be fine and make even more money by taking advantage and investing in the rise of Asia, there's going to be a massive and historic transfer of wealth from the Western middle classes to the middle classes in Asia and other emerging countries.

Western NC is a big area. :)
