True, these involve a real estate component, but really, you’re starting a business. 

Does anyone know who would I contact about getting quotes for brining in water and power and most importantly if anybody knows who would have true answers to these questions I would really appreciate it if you could give me their contact info.  

No one can take that away from you.And the true organic leads are WAY better than the leads companies like those provide.My verdict.

But as I think about a fix and flip, beyond just swagging an ARV minus your purchase price and minus the rehab budget, I know that there is so much more to the equation to understand a true return, especially as it relates to putting your own cash into the deal.Thanks in advance!           

Unless you can find a true deal, I recommend broadening your scope from just SLC.
