Looking to connect with active realtors in Southern Maryland and surrounding areas

I am new to real estate investing, and am actively looking for properties to wholesale. I am still not 100% sure all the contracts that are needed to actually acquire the property and actually assigning it.

I am looking to buy a single family home under 100K, in Covington KY to use as a rental. i am familiar with Covington and surrounding area, but I would love to hear from other investors. 

It doesn't necessarily have to be Austin - I'm open to the surrounding areas.

My real estate investment company is NestVestor, and I am currently doing Wholesaling and Flipping in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, slowly paving my path to real estate development.

They will not let you get 2 FHA loans within a 100 miles except in rare circumstances surrounding a divorce. 

My husband and I are looking to flip and/or BRRRR in Bloomington, Indiana and surrounding areas. 

Families and businesses in Paradise, CA and Magalia, CA (and surrounding communities) were literally nearly wiped out in a matter of a few hours.

Some primary areas I'm interested in:-Thoughts on Section 8 multi-family-Investors interested in areas surrounding Mercedes-Benz dome (English Avenue, Vine City...AKA The Bluff)-Target financials-New constructions vs. fix up vs. as-is-Syndications/fundraising/private money/loans/etc.

Have you considered investing in Enterprise Alabama, or surrounding areas?
