I left my doctorate program and now pursuing an MBA.

I have my MBA as well so business is something I've been passionate about and why I want to take the real estate agent position seriously and get as much knowledge in so when the time comes I can hit the ground running.

The MBA has been way to optimistic with their forecasts initially and they were wrong, now I think they might be too pessimistic with their "higher for longer" outlook. 

There is a big demand in the medical profession for doctors with MBA or undergraduate business degrees not that a degree means anything for what it's worth. 

I am currently an MBA student at CSU Global, just graduated from Real Estate School out of Nevada, and have worked in construction to perm lending in prior years. 

So, what I'm gathering here from my Special Operations Engineer of the Dirty Dozen Special Operators on the BP fantasy team is: He has an MBA and has been rather successful in building his real estate business (he ain't done yet) and he's advocating that the world of business itself hasn't changed much, that real estate is still basically the same thing it was when he was a kid.

I would venture to say a finance MBA student can build a financial analysis tool and plug in numbers, but that is not where the art comes in, nor is terribly time intensive.

I have an MBA from Portland State and I've been working in corporate finance for a little more than a year.

Now after a couple of years of actually purchasing in the city, with all of the due diligence and some good resources/team members/partners there has been some tuition paid to the school of life and my real world MBA.
