I'm currently thinking about becoming a realtor in Ohio, I'm currently an Real-Estate investor the reason why I want to be in realtor mainly because of the education and to expand to meet like minded individuals like myself. Anyone have advice for me going in...I love hearing people experiences/ stories and input on different markets.

Hi Tameika, It all depends on your goals. I was a full time doctoral student but I had already starting real estate investing through a house-hack. I understood the power of real estate. I left my doctorate program and now pursuing an MBA. In this process I became a realtor. I believe it will benefit the right people depending what you want to get out of it. If you want to make active income on this end of the sale then it will work. For me personally it's a strategy. I can BRRRR, Flip, JV, List or Wholesale. I hope I contributed value to you.
