If you are new I think it might be higherYour vacancy repair and maintenance numbers are EXTREMELY LOW, even if you are doing work yourself a broken fridge costs money etc.

Some examples I've seen/heard of are:Installing an electronic lockset on the front/exterior doors with keypad for easy, keyless access for all residents.Labeling of kitchen cabinets/drawers and fridge space to add that small, but effective reminder that one may be intruding on another's space.Separate mail filers/drawers for each resident hung on the wall or kept on the kitchen counter to easily separate and keep track of everyone's individual mail.
