What are your best house hacking tips??

Hey all! I'm looking for your best house hacking hacks and tips. What are some things you've learned along the way that would be beneficial for others to implement in their homes that helped make the process smoother?

Some examples I've seen/heard of are:
Installing an electronic lockset on the front/exterior doors with keypad for easy, keyless access for all residents.
Labeling of kitchen cabinets/drawers and fridge space to add that small, but effective reminder that one may be intruding on another's space.
Separate mail filers/drawers for each resident hung on the wall or kept on the kitchen counter to easily separate and keep track of everyone's individual mail.

Looking forward to reading your tips and what you've learned! Thanks!
