Thank God because I'm watching deals slip through my fingers on a daily basis. 

Besides, I'm not sure why the realtor is complaining about this, you are doing his/her job for them(getting people interested in possibly buying the house) and they didn't have to lift a finger.

I would guess that the lender would somehow reserve the right to do more than just wag their finger.

We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).
