Not sure if their are rules prohibiting this as you stated, but you could potentially put it in Agent to Agent remarks so agents can propose it to their buyers.

I tested it's knowledge on a very high-level legal question and it was remarkably accurate.

I see some agents put in MLS private remarks that all buyers are to verify all information in the listing and that the listing agent cannot be held responsible.
