Cape Coral Florida Flip
Hi BP Friends,
I wanted to share pics of my last flip. It was a 2/2 HUD (total pain to deal with) foreclosure in SE Cape Coral that I picked up for $82K. It had sat empty for several years and was totally trashed. There was a decaying opossum carcass in the hall and it took three treatments by a pest company to kill all the fleas (sorry if you're eating). I put $40K into it and sold it within a week of listing it for $165K cash. The flip deals are harder to find, with decent margins anyway. Many investors are buying and holding to take advantage of the rising rents in the area.
On to the next one...
