Hi,A bit of a unique situation (with lots of caveats & sub-caveats) and hoping for any feedback/recommendations/legal referrals (sorry for the long post)I live in tourist destination in British Columbia and am part of a special housing purchase program waitlist with some caveats (& sub caveats) attached to the program: 1) you are not allowed to own any property/real estate whilst on the waitlist (sub caveat - unless it is under a certain sq ft which our studio is, so it is considered under housed.

For better or worse its already gentrifying, there are a lot of cute New England homes waiting to be renovated, you've got the cute new town-center, and the tourist appeal of wollaston beach... it's where I'm putting my money.While the area is a bunch of families and you'll probably find plenty of wholesome renters I'm definitely with Account Closed on tenant screening, though.
