You always are on the hunt for properties, and you always are on the hunt for new buyers.What REALLY is just moronic.. is wait to find properties (or buyers) till you have a buyer (or a property).Just as it is "absurd" to you to get a property first... so is it "absurd" to a buyer, for a wholesaler to contact them and "waste " their time with being spammed without any indication if said wholesaler is at all serious.
