Shameless self promotion used to be discouraged.

You have to promote yourself.  

For the last 18 months, my salary has been just over 60K per year w/ my current employer, but this month, I got a big promotion (almost double my current salary to 120k).The tricky part of my situation, is that the promotion I got, is actually being paid to me from a partner (affiliated company) and I actually get two separate paychecks, both W2’s from each company respectively.

Also I am looking forward to developing professional relationships with many of you to promote mutual success!

I'm changing my cards and promoting my website as much as possible!  

What I'm trying to figure out is whether to recommend putting it on the market now and promoting it as an investment property, or waiting until March, when we can go month to month with the tenants and get them out of there if the place is bought by an owner occupier.

The objective is to promote my name as a brand itself.

And despite what is promoted in seminars and such, wholesaling does require money.

When evaluating properties be sure to make sure they include the basics like: Real Estate Taxes Insurance Gas & Electric Water & Sewage Repairs & Maintenance Unit Turnover Contract Services General & Administrative Payroll & Benefits Marketing & Promotion Legal & Accounting Landscape & Snow Removal Trash Removal Management Fee Reserves for ReplacementsThese items at the very least should be included in any competent underwriting of a property, be it by a broker or the owner directly.  

The closest seem to be "Off Limits Ads" or "Advertising or Promoting"...
