Making the jump to full-time real estate can be daunting, but the favorite thing I continued to remind myself when I made the transition was "The WORST thing that can happen is I got back and get a "normal" W2 job again".Also, being willing to make that jump only gave me more confidence that if I had to go back into the W2 job market I would absolutely crush it because I have this real-world entrepreneurial experience.Chicago is an awesome place to get started in real estate - if you just immerse yourself in the networking you will be completely mind-blown at where you can end up in 2-3 years.

Since, there is so much to learn, it can seem overwhelming so it might be best to figure out what type of investing you want to do and then immerse yourself in that specific sector and subject.
