Real Estate Investors and Landlords of Northern Nevada
Meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month
This group is for current or wannabe real estate investors, and private lenders to share experience and training and to network with other investors for leads and potential partnerships to acquire rental properties and other real assets.

Others who might be interested in attending these meetups are:

real estate attorneys

Cash Flow Game & Networking

Meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month
This group is open to anyone interested in having fun Playing the "Cash Flow" Game while networking with amazing people who are currently investing in Real Estate and/or Stocks. This is an opportunity to learn other's strategies while perhaps meeting someone who could be your next business partner or Investing Guru. If you are not a "board game player", you can just come for the food and networking. This is a relaxed atmosphere where you can bring your whole family with you if you'd like.

Investor's Group (No link, but they meet at the Reno/Sparks Realtor's Building)
Meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month
This group is a mix of new and veteran investors, realtors, and Re professionals.  They focus on education and have guest speakers every month.

Hi:

I am looking to rehab a 8-unit prop in Sparks. Swapping single pane windows with dual pane, exterior painting and other minor cosmetic repairs inside a few units - flooring, countertop etc. Does anyone have any contractor/handyman referrals?
