Hello! I’m looking to see if any KC area investors are in need of some assistance. I’m a Realtor in MO and KS and future investor. I’ve done one flip a few years ago. The market for sales is a little slow right now, and I’d like to learn and immerse myself more in the investing side of things, and make a little side hustle money. So I thought I’d take the opportunity to see if some of you local KC investors might be in need of someone you can pay to run errands, check on jobs, do paperwork….whatever odd jobs you might need done. I’m knowledgeable in real estate as a real estate agent, plus have helped investors buy and sell, plus the one flip I did myself, so I can be an asset to you, while making some side money and learning more about investing for myself.
