Chelan county hydro program provides the area with has some of the lowest electricity cost in the nation and pumps a ton of money into community improvements.

Number one on my list is having separate utilities, hydro, water, heat.

By refuse to fix I mean they have come over 3 times to "work on it" which means they start the cycle and then check to make sure the water is coming out of the jets.

STep up in planes for me is a Turbine or Jet for over a million and well I am getting to old to fly to ATP standards.. so will just stick to my little Cirrus.

There for the properties values stay flat.I think the effect is going to be on consumer goods.... people have to live somewhere but they don't have to drive 60k cars maybe they buy a 20k car... they don't need a boat.. a jet ski... maybe that 3k weekend skiing in Tahoe gets cut down to once a year.. those type of things ... that's the only place I can see the wiggle room.. peoples discretionary purchases travel and entertainment could be affected..
