Never had a problem...I didn't use a traditional lease, but just asked them to email me their contact info and request for dates, then I would respond with a price and fianlize the transaction.

I know this post was from years ago, but I'm in a similar situation with Dadson, but their contract is actually expired and they're still trying to keep their machines at my four-plex saying that it's now month to month then saying that the previous owner suspended services, but won't provide any dates.
