I've actually been compiling for several months now, the Success Story Forum post that was originally titled "Zero to 14 Units In One Year With Low & No Money Down" that got procrastinated on and has now become the post titled "From Zero to 32 Units & a Flip in 18 Months." 

Hi @Dustin Vonhoffmann - another vote for ListSource.com  It's easy to compile a list and the pricing is good. 

Someone could compile quotes of the times... like Michael Rossi's prediction that nailed it: "Once we get into a recession and the job losses start to mount, the foreclosures will really explode.

I'm working to compile the figures, links, and numbers I will be including, but I am having trouble writing the "copy."

One question, how did you compile your list?

The plan was to compile a massive spreadsheet and then scrub it for the info I want and remove the excess.
