Investor meet up in Honolulu Hawaii

Looking forward to attending my first meet up and disscussion in Honolulu. Thrilled to present and grow ideas with like minded people. To meet associates face to face is even more amazing. 

We will be discussing:

1. Investing in Waikiki vacation rental properties. 

2. Efficient and cost effective ways to rehab old condos in Waikiki. Which includes compiling resources that supply building materials and contractors.

3. The value of lease hold properties in Hawaii. 

4. Compiling lists of foreign investors primarily Japan and China.

5. Using equity from past buy and hold investments.

6. Internet resources. 

7. 'Positive Mental Attitude' Hawaiian style. 

Those who have contacted me we will meet at Starbucks on Ward avenue in Kaka'ako. We have so much to discuss and I can't wait to meet my new real estate Ohana (family).

What might be good would be to create an email list and add names of people that want to do the meet ups. Some people might not be able to make every meeting but can drop in when available. Then you can grow this list and thus the meetups and local resources!
