Polis banned late fees till 2021?

It seems others are doing it and there is inventory but that the county has generally banned most STRs.Anyone have knowledge on the legalities of STRs for Lompoc or Buellton areas?

In places where not only won't be banned or regulated any time soon; they're actively encouraged and supported by the authorities.

You could probably ban the space heaters under the guise that they could be a fire hazard. 

Banning smokers for bars/ resteraunts IS tyrannical, NO you DON'T have any right to mandate the bar can't choose to have a smoking section because you don't want to be around smoke, freedom means the bar has the right to choose AND you as a consumer have the free right to choose to be in that setting or go to a non-smoking bar.

Contrary to popular belief, the eviction ban is not a blanket ban.

Also be aware that the NAR (National Association of Realtors) put a ban on pocket listings.

(In BC there are talks about eviction ban and rent freeze until the end of the year - it's a tough life landlording here that if you buy now for most properties rent barely covers mortgage and property taxes...)What challenges have you encountered with investing in the Kansas City?
