I like this system better, because it provides them with the convenience of self scheduling, but also let's them meet with someone that can answer their questions about the home and the area.

We saw this to be a great strategy for us because of course we are both currently serving in the military and we and it seems to be very convenient with the 100% financing.

I grow tired of the whole mentality in this country that if something befalls you, you immediately try to find someone convenient to transfer it to. 

They know we’re in the same neighborhood and it’s convenient, but my goal is to visit my rentals no more than once a quarter... so proximity isn’t all that important.

Automatic transfers are great for payment, maybe you can give them a couple options within this realm so that you're getting the convenience either way.
