Here in Arizona they're everywhere, in Phoenix we have people we know as "snow birds" they come down here to escape the winter weather from Canada and all over the country, they usually ether own a home here or are looking to rent.In northern Arizona we have cooler weather, sceanic mountain views, and quite simply it's just beautiful.

The man who did the scope said its likely been this way since 1997 when it was installed, and that as long as the dip in the line is under the heated unit and the heat is on in the winter, its unlikely to be a problem.

Well during the installation (We had a very WET winter with the snow fall in the winter and rain fall in the spring) the ground water was a lot higher than the engineer expected.
