Just wanted to say hello to the bp community and introduce myself, I just joined bp and new to forum, but based on what I was reading I'm sure it will be beneficial to me so I intend to use it.

@David Frol Welome to BP. We lived in Irvine for awhile, and are now in Lake Forest. There's several members on BP here in Orange County.

What type of property are you interested in? Have you read the Beginner's Guide to Investing yet? (if you're a new investor) and listened to any of the podcasts?

I'd also like to suggest uploading your pic to your profile. If you're not comfortable with that, pick a local landmark, scene, etc., it just gives your profile a little more character and personality :)
