Need eviction lawyer advice and help in Winterhaven FL.

My parents bought a home in Winter Haven Florida for my Aunt who recently passed away. My parents now want to sell the property but my aunt’s 47 year old son and girlfriend are now living there and refuse to leave.

My parents are retired but on a fixed income here near Atlanta. They found a buyer for the home but can not sell it until they can get my cousin and his girlfriend out of there. There have told my parents they will not leave and know the law.

I need to find a reasonable lawyer that does evictions in Winter Haven Florida. Any advice or referrals would be appreciated.
