I am looking at investing in condos in New Jersey and I found a property that seems to be a great deal; it is in a popular area that's close to a major transportation hub, it's a 3bdrm condo that's frankly priced at the level studios usually go for, and the electricity is included in the monthly condo fee.

Marketed briefly for rent on CL and using landlordstation screening ( thnx again BP members).The area is mostly rentals in a 3-4 mi radius with lots of nearby amenities and transportation.

It's close by public transportation.

I'm trying to stay near public transportation, shopping, and highways.

Often you have the ability to check for previous fires, chemical issues and ambulance transports.

I am trying to raise my boys to be more aware of what I am doing.Right now, my goal is design/build/investment/development in the moderately priced towns near public transportation.
