NYC - Queens and Brooklyn

Hello all. Does anyone have any personal experience or knows anyone investing in the following areas: East New York (Cypress Hills and City Line specifically), Woodhaven, Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, Jamaica, etc. I'm looking for a Quadplex and these are the areas I am most familiar with and that will most likely give me the best cash flow. I'm trying to stay near public transportation, shopping, and highways. Anyone have any luck investing here? Anything I should be looking out for? And yes, I feel safe in ENY and Jamaica.
