Stick built house with mobile home foundation
Has anyone ever heard of a stick built home on a mobile home foundation? The entire house is not built on the mobile home foundation it is only in the middle. I have not seen it yet, but will this weekend. The seller told me he needed to get the Fire Marshall to approve it before a bank would give a mortgage. Can anyone give me any info to help with this problem. I don't want to limit my exit options. Thanks for the help in advance.
