i would think should get major bankruptcies soon, luxury condo high rise developments will crash etc. so from that side, real estate should see some major shifts. what some can sense is a NEW NORMAL is forming. self driving cars, zoom happy hours, docusign etc. yes, many people dont work in tech, but those who work in office settings.. this tech enablement has been present for a while and in the future the mantra will be.. well we can have half the size office we had, save some costs and drive up profits.. at least if i had a company like Goldman sachs w 5000 ppl tower, id just cancel half my lease, have 2500 rotate WFH and office and drive down major costs..

Hopefully, I will gain more knowledge along the way, especially from here (forum, people, etc).My goal through REI is to make use of my income (rotating it rather than sitting duck in the bank) and get an additional income on top of that.

I would definitelt put a sticker on the box saying "(new tenant's name) only," because chances are there are carriers who rotate that route daily, and it's hard to keep up with all the forwards, especially on multi-family addresses.

You can rotate numbers about every 30 days and that can help, but it seems that soon the only viable marketing channels will be SEO, PPC, internet marketing and direct mail.

They should be one of 3 or one of 6 pieces that you rotate so that you can speak to all of the prospects and keep your message fresh so when the prospect has real estate as a TOM thought you are there.We know the message and we know the script for inbound those two are easy..

@Dev Horn For me the key to BBds is making sure they are on a 30 day location rotation. 12 boards moving around town every months makes it appear as if they are everywhere. 

I could do all 2,400 at once or divide them into four groups and do one a week on a rotation.  

What lists, how they are rotated with other media etc.

I work a rotating 24 on 48 off shift that gives me many days off but averages 56 hours a week.

I rotate between fenced yard, newly renovated, university and hospital to keep the ads looking fresh.
