Is expertise or great deals more important than someone that legitimately built a friendship with you?

I think this is a combination of getting leverage and accountability on myself as well as upgrading friendships/mastermind principle.

It could be the beginning of a wonderful friendship and business relationship.

Areas that are also getting expensive include Shadyside and areas of East Liberty north of Shadyside and east of Friendship.

Our friendship fell out and I had to start looking elsewhere.

I've seen friendships destroy when "responsible" people became irresponsible in a rental situation.  

I'm also a local wholesaler here in Columbus i'm currently seeking to find multi-family homes with great cash flow . will  love to network and talk real estate feel to reach out I enjoy talking about real estate and growing business friendship along the way.
