Hi Everyone, For a home built before 1970, would you add the Sewer line camera inspection to the full house inspection prior to closing?

I try not to have work done while tenants are living in a property unless it is a repair or HVAC maintenance.In today's day and age, people have cameras hidden in their house, so anything you do in a property could be caught on camera. 

Lesson learnt is I simply wont buy a property without running a camera regardless of how low risk I deem it to be.
