Recommendations for Security Cameras/Systems for use in rentals

Hi all,

I'm very new to real estate investing and have not yet purchased my first property. However, I'm considering installing some sort of security system in future rental properties. I've looked into traditional systems like ADT and also into the Ring doorbell product. Have any landlords/property managers had any experience installing these systems in your units?

I'd like something that can monitor front door activity and provide emergency assistance when requested. I also want something relatively simple to install and that a tenant can use easily without too much additional burden. Of course cost is also a consideration, so I'm looking for the most bang for my buck as well.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!
