Might be 15 in this whole area and I'm sure none have sold within a year around here, most are French provincial, English tutor style, contemporary around here went out 20 years ago. 5,000 sq. ft. and price is guessed at by the daughter, (a PITA who thinks she knows RE, an agent in Texas 20 years ago) telling mom it's 500K after her renovation, the daughter painted cabinets in pastel colors.

Both of the partners need to know each other's goals, intentions, and communicate fluently...as a measure of security and comfort, me and my partner wrote up a "partnership contract", where we stated what eachother will bring to the table, what each of us is responsible for and all of the financial, returns and work responsibilities we each get.

I do recommend finishing with a degree.I live in Korea and teach English here because I have a degree.
