Tuesday received 11 calls. 2 of the callers were calling to ask what my interest was in their property.

Most have not been very motivated but I did have one caller who is motivated - an out of state owner who owns the property free and clear.

Saves a ton of time and I prequalify them on the phone, ask for ss# and phone number, if its the same as the caller id I assume they're good to go.

There ought to be a flow to your intake so that the callers does not feel they're being interrogated.Many sellers don't want to put a price out for fear they will accidentally state a number lower than a buyer would have offered.

I have had some issues with it where the GV number was busy and I couldn't receive the call and the caller wasn't able to leave me a message.So, I wouldn't recommend it if that's the only number tenants will have for emergencies.
