This is where your local knowledge and vision beat one percent all day long term.  

I'm currently reading "The E-Myth" and so while I'm only working on my first property right now, I thought it might be a good idea to have a vision of where I would like my business to be someday.

I currently lack the credentials to secure financing for the deal but I'm under contract to sale one of the properties I'm holding and will have at least $200k available to put into the purchase.If anyone is interested in chatting further, sharing goals and vision, and exploring the possibility of a partnership don't hesitate to reach out.Also, I would love to hear all your comments on this idea of doing a JV with another investor in order to join forces and go bigger right off the bat. 

BUT, it's good for a Vision Board.

For example, if your purpose is to “Fix & Flip” a property; you must know the neighborhood, maximize the value-add potential and have a clear vision of the exit strategy that is supported by sold comparables.

Also remember you can partner with someone who is strong where you are weak yet shares your vision and values to make your  investment work. 

Bigger departments that pay really well require your vision to be corrected to 20/20 etc.....the problem is my left eye isn't correctable at all.

I'm not easily pushed around or mentally effected like I was a few years ago-before my vision-my more successful life-my current reality.It's funny how that negative pull quiets itself and replaces with people asking for advice-wondering how you did it.  

I have a large a beautiful vision for my business and I have to bring it to reality.
