Excited Newb From Miami!

Good afternoon BP family!

My name is Theodore. I'm down here in Sunny (& slightly rainy at the moment) Miami Florida.

I'm very excited about this real estate journey. I've been involved with real estate for several years, mostly on the marketing side. I worked for CBRE for some years where I was a Marketing Coordinator for the West Dade area. I currently own a small Digital Marketing & Design Consultant company and I still do quite a bit of marketing for real estate projects including videos, photography, website design and other print collateral. I've had a lot fun working with many different people, but its now time for me to take the jump.

By way of my father, I own a duplex. Fully occupied and I'm not ready to sell. Yet. I am very interesting in Fix & Flips and Wholeselling to get things going. 

My end goal is getting into multifamily investing. I have a large a beautiful vision for my business and I have to bring it to reality. I am willing to do what it takes to build up to that point and I would like as much info, experience, and education as I can get. 

I think I'll stop here. I don't want to be long winded. But I'm here. I'm in. I'm ready.
