There is bid war for all kind of property.It does not look like any crash in near future as long as Hedge fund and Foreign investors throwing cash money in this market.I dont recommend waiting ... if foreign investor keep investing like this... real estate prices in US will become like China, Canada, Australia, India etc...Mid west is still cheaper market...
