Most people don't answer the phone so the seller just moves onto the name in the yellow pages right down the list until they talk to someone. 

It has the diversified and vivid economic climate of Jacksonville, evidenced by the fact that it had been just lately named the third best place in the state to find work.

Wanted to give an update - I was planning to send yellow letters the weekend after this post.

I had a brief adventure with yellow letters for the purpose of wholesaling with a brother-in-law in early 2014; I learned a lot doing that, but ultimately we weren't fully committed and it fizzled out after sending out two waves of letters and talking to only a handful of people.

I got my very first call back from potential seller after he got the yellow letter I sent just three days ago.

So I've sent out about 150 letters so far and have gotten back 16 as return to sender. I checked the addresses on the first few on the tax assessor's site and their correct. I got the info from listsource if that mean...
