To be honest, I am disinclined to take the work myself as I am quite busy, however I have done day conversions and have built tiny homes.

I only had to patch a tiny screw hole and replace towel bar anchors (the ones in the kit were pretty weak) from the last tenant.  

We purchased a cute tiny house (sleeps 2) that we plan to set up as a rental at our Christmas tree farm in Manvel, TX.  

There are so many great places where you can leverage that money to have it sitting in these tiny houses for a decade or more seems not the best use of that money. 

We are a tiny state and can get basically anywhere in around and hour and a half tops.

I have  a question, are Tiny Homes completely 5 year assets in a Cost Segregation Study?

They seem to often be small, but not tiny, companies that are focused on apartments.

It just means that you stop trying to perfect every tiny detail.
