I apologize for my ignorance, I am planning to purchase a jetted hot tub for my vacation rental property to maximize rental pontential.

the metal is textured (chevrons) but i would like to make it much more anti slip. 

The guys doing the drywall repair couldn't match the existing texture and now the house has a bunch of areas where you can see that the drywall was patched. 

Most suggest blown in insulation in attic and walls, remove old from attic, cut holes in drywall/patch/texture/paint. 

I am writing this post more for the seasoned Investors.It is very easy to see the results that everybody shows online, flying in private jets, not working, building hospitals in third world nations, but I want to hear the REALITY of what life is like for the seasoned investor out there!

Its an advantage cause it's one less person on my team I have to pay.New; floors, doors, base and case, texture and paint for under $6000 for a two bed 900sq ft.It's close to home.

My contractor is doing a door and wall for $350 but that was without drwall texture and paint as the rest of the house is being done at the same time.

the dark grout lines look great against the lighter tile and should show much better and require a bit less maintenance come turn time.And finally work continues on the hallway, lots of Mud to combat 30+ years of move ins and outs, ceilings have been re-textured and painted. 

Almost half of that area is in a floodplain and of the quarries that have decommissioned, depending on how old they are, the City might not let you fill them as they now offer a significant amount of flood storage (unless you create that storage elsewhere).Also, the City has bought out some properties because of air flight noise, mostly along Jet Lane/Patton Avenue. 

Got that jetted and cleared, but now have a messy residue left behind.
